The event is free to attend but pre-registration is mandatory. There will be no registration on the day.
Lunch and refreshments during the day will be provided at no cost to pre-registered delegates. Any special dietary requirements can be logged on the registration page.
Places for the workshop are limited and participation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum audience have been reached, we will establish a “reserve list” and should places become available individuals on the reserve list will be informed.
We cannot support travel of delegates to the workshop. However, if you are a member of the Royal Society of Biology, you may be eligible for one of 20 travel bursaries, each up to £100, to support 2nd class rail travel.
In order to apply, you must be registered to attend. Please send your confirmation of registration in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with mention of your full name and preferably RSB membership number, and ‘Exploring Resilience travel bursary’ in the subject heading. Up to £100 can be claimed for 2nd class rail travel only. Priority will be given to members who are resident of, working in, and/ or registered for a degree in Wales.
Successful applications will be provided with a form through which they can claim back their expenses after the event (purchase receipts of rail tickets are required).
