Parking

Limited parking space is available on a first come first serve basis in the car park at Gate 5 at the SSE Swalec.
Pay & display parking is available at Sophia Gardens on Lower Cathedral Road, a 5 min walk from the stadium.
If you have a disability and require parking close to the entrance, please contact us to reserve a space.

Costs

The event is free to attend but pre-registration through our website is mandatory.
Lunch and refreshments during the day will be provided, but attendees should make their own travel arrangements.
If you are a member of the Royal Society of Biology, you may be eligible for a travel bursary of up to £100. Please find further details about this here.
